We're looking for a nanny for our baby boy who is 13 mo old. My husband is a firefighter, so he has somewhat of a changing schedule, and we'll need someone who is flexible to watch our baby 1-2 days/week. Days might be alternating weekly, or they might stay the same, we're open to either. Looking for someone with a lot of experience with children that would help care for our baby boy as he grows older.
