A little bit about us

Hello! We are a Christian family of six (Dutcher 10 little cowboy from a different era, Danny 9 thoughtful and inquisitive, Jesse 2/3 a round ray of sunshine, Joseph 1, busy, but up for anything) with a WFH Dad (old-ish), a stay-at-home Mom (lovely) who homeschools one of our boys. Our oldest son goes to school outside our home (we drop off/pick up). We live on a farmette outside of Dover and have animals to support our homesteading hobbies. Suffice to say, we are busy and are looking for someone to help lighten our daily burden as a larger family. Our day starts early, but yours would start around 8am-1pm (3-4 days/wk, +/-). Job responsibilities would include things like basic house cleaning, entertaining and caring for the little ones ages 3 and 1 while Jennifer homeschools or shops, prepping lunch, washing dishes after breakfast or lunch, hanging up or folding laundry, maybe changing a few diapers here and there. Looking for someone who would like to be a positive, conservative influence around our children. We are an active family. Our kids like to play outside on our playground, read books, make up games, camp, have bonfires, work in our garden, and play with our animals. We're raising boys to become men, but we need help. If you're hardworking, don't mind rolling your sleeves up, enjoy little kids (especially boys), take direction well from a Mrs. Captain, are detail oriented, and have some flexibility in your schedule, we'd welcome the opportunity to meet you.
