We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with dogs and who is CPR certified. Mom returns to work in October and dad works from home. We are hoping this person loves to get outside, do baby appropriate activities/play and is willing to help with baby chores while Aldo naps. We are looking for a family assistant who can also provide occasional childcare for our 4 kids (10, 7, 5, and 2). This job would be a total of 7-15 hours per week. We need help with weekly housekeeping: laundry, meal prep, and tidying. The hours are flexible for this but preferably 2-3x per week and while we are at work/school. For childcare needs we are looking for someone to do school drop offs on late start school dates every other Friday (2 hours of care) for our older three kids (10, 7, 5), watching them on occasional days they are out of school (if available- not mandatory), and a plus if you are free for a date night once per month.

We are needing a live in, full-time nanny for our 4 children. 2 go to school during the day so you would only be watching all 4 weekends and after school mostly. We are basically looking for someone to become a new member of our family. We will cover food, housing and utilities. You will have a very nice room with a walk in closet in a 3500 sq. ft. house in a nice, quiet neighborhood with your very own kitchen, fridge and bathroom in the converted walk out basement shared only by the kids so you get some privacy as well. House is located by several parks, walking trails and tons of great restaurants. Light housekeeping only, mostly just keeping the kids cleaning their own messes and helping out when they can't. Cooking skills are a plus since the children's mother is not the best cook. (don't tell her I said that) Prefer someone who likes to take all 4 of the kids on outdoor outings like park visits or visits to Skyzone to get out all their energy in a positive way. This is a long term commitment since our kids will more than likely become very attached to you. Our oldest is autistic but is verbal and higher functioning. She just needs some direction to keep her on task.
We have 2 cats and a dog so pet tolerant is a plus. The cats have an automated cat box that cleans itself and only has to be emptied and a bag replaced once every 5 days and a little bit of new cat sand added. Takes about 1 minute total. Probably the hardest chore we have around the house!

My baby girl is very playful & active & independent. She wants to do it all herself. Reylynn is legit non-stop. Loves Blues Vlues & Bubble Guppies although time is limited. I prefer her using her mind and not staring at a screen already! I'm admittedly an overprotective & loving, active, outgoing, super busy business owner dad. She is mine & her moms whole world and adore spending all our time with her every day. Although, it would be nice to be able to occasionally have some adult time for a change. My ideal care giver/sitter will be open minded, outgoing, flexible, fun, active, playful, energetic, smart, trustworthy & patient. Just want to know that while you're here, your focus and attention are also here the entire time.
