My husband and I would use the time to get to know the caregiver and have her sit with the girls on the weekends so we can have a break.

The older child is fun loving and very outgoing. She will be going to school starting in September so we primarily need help walking/driving her there in the morning and then the infant needs care the rest of the time.
The hours would be from about 545am-245pm Monday-Friday. The mornings needed after October would be rotating with my shift schedule so please be aware of that. I know the hours are not ideal, but we would love to make you part of our family and hopefully include you on family trips in the future as well.
