Babysitter Job: The Bigini Family with 1 Child
Hi there! I’m Johana, Franco’s mom. We’re looking for an occasional nanny who can keep up with our son’s energy and big personality. Franco is a very smart, curious boy who loves reading, painting, playing, and staying active. He can also be strong-willed, so we’re hoping to find someone who is patient, kind, and confident in gently redirecting him and helping him understand boundaries.
Having an occasional nanny would give my husband and me a chance to enjoy some much-needed couple time, and every once in a while, give Mom a little solo time too! We have a park about a five-minute walk from our home, so there are plenty of opportunities to get outside and let Franco burn off some energy.
We’re also a pet-loving household with two cats and one dog, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around animals and does not have pet allergies.
Most importantly, we’d love to find someone who can genuinely connect with Franco, earn his trust, and make their time together fun, safe, and positive.

I am looking for a nanny that has experience with working with families who have children under the age of 5. I have 4 children, however my oldest will be in school and in her before and after school program. My second child is 3 years old, my third child is 1 years old, turning 2 years old this month and a 5-month-old.
