A little bit about us

ISO Nanny / House Manager

Our family is seeking a full-time nanny / house manager to join our family beginning Sept 21, 2026 or sooner. Our nanny is moving, so we are looking for someone long-term who will feel like an extension of our family.

We have three children (5, 5, and 2) who are active, sweet, and thrive on routine. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children, encouraging creativity, and helping maintain a structured, positive environment.

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• Full-time hours (approximately 35 hours/week)
• Hours 6a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (hours and end time vary)

Childcare Responsibilities:
• School drop-off and pick-up
• Driving children to activities (swim, gymnastics, etc.)
• Planning engaging activities and outings
• Helping with homework and learning activities
• Preparing meals/snacks for children
• Supporting nap routines and daily schedule

House Manager Responsibilities

When children are at school or resting, responsibilities may include:

• Laundry
• Dishwasher unloading/reloading
• Maintaining floors and wiping counters
• Meal prep
• Maintaining grocery inventory/list
• Organizing children’s toys, clothing and closets
• Organizing fridge, freezer, and pantry
• Running occasional errands
