Family of 5 seeking a warm, capable nanny to assist stay-at-home mom on weekday afternoons, 3-5 days per week. We have 3 kids: boys ages 5 and 3 and a newborn girl. You'd care for the baby solo while I do school pickup, then work alongside me through the afternoon: after-school snacks and decompression for the boys, help with the baby during the afternoon/evening hours, and getting dinner on the table. We're looking for someone calm and confident with preschool/kindergarten age-kids, ideally with a background (or degree in progress) in early childhood education, child psychology, pediatric OT, nursing, or similar. Newborn experience required. Must be comfortable with dogs. $27-32 hr depending on experience. We're metro and bus accessible. I'm looking for a possible nanny share to start in April. We are happy to work out an arrangement where we host 1/2 the time and the other hosts the other 1/2 or we could be fine with the other family hosting, we'd struggle with hosting 100%. We don't have pets but would be fine to nanny share with someone who does have them. Our daughter will be 2 in the spring 2021. She's a curious, energetic little one who will spend extended amounts of time reading books. Like all 2-year-olds she loves playgrounds and is quite adventurous on them.

He is also very smart he can talk clearly so u won't have trouble answering any of the questions he may have. Cleaning up after him & also preparing meals for him when he is hungry is definitely needed. He currently is on ABC MOUSE learning I have him on there atleast 2 hours a day.
