🌙 Overnight Full-Time Nanny Needed for 1-Month-Old Infant (Fredericksburg, VA)

We are a loving family in Fredericksburg, VA seeking an experienced, nurturing, and reliable overnight nanny to care for our 1-month-old infant. This is a full-time position with consistent overnight hours.

📅 Schedule:
• 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 5 nights per week (exact days negotiable based on availability)

👶 Primary Responsibility:
• Providing attentive, gentle care for our newborn overnight
• Diaper changes, bottle feeding, soothing, and monitoring sleep
• Light baby-related tasks (washing bottles, logging feedings, etc.)

🏡 Household Details:
• We also have a sweet 2-year-old who will be in the home but does not require care
• My fiancé works during the day, and I work overnight — we need help while I’m away at work

❤️ Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone who is warm, patient, and experienced with infants
• Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and a non-smoker
• Previous experience with overnight newborn care preferred

💵 Pay:

They love playing around each other, 3yo loves playing pretend, crafting, going outside and on walks. TV shows are allowed when needed for the three year old if the baby needs a nap.
