The position is located in Ontario, CA, with varying hours and pay ranging from $100–$160 per day at a rate of $20/hour. We’re looking for someone kind, reliable, and nurturing who can assist during weekend business travel or family outings. Our boys thrive in a calm, structured, and sensory-aware environment. Responsibilities include caring for the children at home or during outings, supporting their communication using gestures and visuals, helping with snacks and transitions, and staying calm and consistent. Ideal candidates will have personal or professional experience with autism, confidence in managing sensory and behavioral needs, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it). We hope to find someone who connects well with our boys and becomes part of our extended family.
