We would love to find someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with kids his age, has a good sense of humor, and is happy to engage with him rather than simply supervise him.
He takes the school bus home each day, so **school pickup is not required**. Responsibilities will include spending time with him after school, helping with homework when needed, preparing simple snacks, light tidying related to him, and driving him to local activities and playdates.
The ideal person is **dependable, positive, patient, and energetic**, but also comfortable providing some structure around homework and his afternoon routine.
A **reliable car and clean driving record are required**, as you will need to use your own vehicle to drive him to activities and playdates.
During the summer, the schedule changes slightly and will include **afternoon pickup from local summer camp**.
