From 4:30am-4:30pm. We would need someone who can work for us long term. Her father works 4/10s. And I work 6/12s. So her dad will be the one who will be present more than me, her mother. It’s not my choice and it saddens me that I have to leave my babygirl. I do expect a nanny to treat my child as if she was your own, every mother does. I am a first time 24 year old mother, so I do have anxieties leaving my first child with a stranger. I would just need someone I know I can trust, to care for my precious baby.

Family of 4. Two girls one is 19 months old and one is 2 months. My husband works 8-5 Monday thru Friday and I’m looking to go back to work a couple days a week and might have times where our schedules overlap. It would be part time childcare preferably at our place. With not a set schedule but could give a week heads up in advance. Just taking care of little ones and playing/giving them attention. I would meal prep for the day and have cleaning done already to make it easier.
