A little bit about us…

Hi there! We are the Durkin Family. My name is Madison & my husbands name is Will. We just moved to Mesa from Massillon, Ohio. We lived in Ohio for 7 years and Missouri for 2 years for my husbands medical education & surgical residency. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy ages 3-11 (all potty trained). Now that our kids are getting older I am needing more hands on help with running errands and taking the kids to and from sports activities. I also work full-time and am looking for more help during the summer. We also hope to find someone who feels comfortable enough with our kids and vice versa, to nanny over night every once in a while (usually over a weekend) for business trips, etc. That's not something that would be needed too often but would be a great bonus for us and for you as it will be a lot more hours. We hope to find someone who's energetic and enjoys being around our kiddos. If you are hoping to nanny for a family long-term we do plan on staying here for the foreseeable future and would love to create a long lasting relationship. I will end with a little more info about our kids. Kendal, 11 loves basketball and reading. She's always been more of a tomboy but is starting to come out of that right now. AJ (Avery), 9 loves soccer & gymnastics. She loves to make people laugh and is everyones biggest cheerleader. William (Henry), 7 is currently playing baseball, he wants to be a professional ninja one day. He's great with numbers and has a fantastic imagination. Ryann, 6 is an absolute sweetheart and will make your day, she is also very athletic, loves to cuddle and learn. Andi, 3 is very laid back. She teaches herself how to do most things and is starting swim lessons soon. Thanks for taking the time to get to know our family a little bit more, if you think you would be a good fit, please reach out! We'd love to chat with you.

A little bit about us…

Hello! We’re a family of 4 with an almost 2 year old girl and a 6 year old boy in 1st grade. We’re looking for a nanny to care for our girl while I (and sometimes my husband) work in the other room. During school breaks, my son will be added to the mix.

Whoever is hired will be handling snack time, lunchtime, and the beginning of nap time, and we’d love someone who is comfortable prepping healthy meals and cleaning up the lunch mess, plus helping our daughter put away her toys before nap.

I am trying to work around the 2 mommy and me classes my daughter has, but if my schedule isn’t able to… you may be asked to take her so she isn’t missing out.

The schedule I’m thinking would look something like this:

M: 10-1
T: 9-1
W: [phone number hidden]
Th: 9-1
F: 9-1

While we don’t have any pets currently, we are considering getting a dog in the next year. Also, we will be attempting potty training for our daughter starting around President’s Day. So we’d like someone who is comfortable with animals and working with our daughter to keep up her potty training routine… once it starts.
