Harlow receives respite services through the state due to her diagnosis. I am looking for a candidate who will be willing to go through the respite certification process. You must be 21. It involves getting hired on by the company (which is easy, as long as you don't have any felonies, or any crimes against children it is simple) we use Arizona autism. Then taking an article 9 class. Then the Arizona autism orientation. And getting certified in CPR and first aid. You are paid for all of these classes.
The certification process typically takes only about a few weeks. The class schedules are very flexible to meet anyone's schedules.
Currently I'm only looking for a candidate who is willing to go through the respite certification process. If you are not aware, respite just means a qualified babysitter.
I am looking for help ASAP so although you won't be certified, I am willing to pay the hourly rate until you are certified.

We are currently looking for a reliable, engaging caregiver for our energetic 8-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum. He loves ocean life—especially sharks—and anything with four wheels! He is vibrant, curious, and enjoys learning through play. While he is on the spectrum, he is fairly independent with day-to-day activities and thrives with patient, positive engagement.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children, values learning and creative play, and is comfortable around cats. Responsibilities include after-school pickup in the Glendale/Phoenix area, followed by in-home care for approximately 4 hours each day, Monday through Wednesday. This role requires consistent driving and punctuality.
Please reach out with serious inquiries only. We look forward to connecting with the right fit for our family.
Thank you!
