A little bit about us

We are looking for a full time nanny for our 2-year-old. An ideal candidate will have good communication skills, lots of patience for toddlers, and thrive in structure. Our child seems developmentally more advanced than 2 years old and we like to offer activities that continue to appeal to her developmentally. She is good at running, kicking a ball, throwing a ball, climbing, and jumping. She can articulate her wants and needs quite clearly. We expect some transportation for scheduled weekly activities and will compensate mileage. Light housekeeping to assist in keeping kitchen, playroom, and child's room orderly are expected. Assisting with child's laundry is also required. We hope to find a nanny that works with kids when they're sick as toddlers often do get colds. Position will be paid bi-weekly and is a W-2 position.

Duration:
The position starts at the end of May when our daughter is on summer break from school and concludes in the middle of August when she resumes school.

Location:
Our home.

Compensation:
We offer $50 for 3 days a week, approximately $16 an hour.

Requirements:
Experience with childcare
Reliable transportation to and from our home
Ability to engage our daughter in educational and fun activities
First aid and CPR certification preferred
