Babysitter Job: The Dell Family with 1 Child
I have a young baby (8 months) named Elena. I'm looking for in home care 3-4 days per week. Both parents work from home so we are not far. Looking for someone to help take care of her: feeding, play, stories, walks, diaper changes, starting foods, crawling practice, etc ...
The ideal hours would be 10am -5pm. Ideal days would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and some Thursdays.
Possible one-off weekend coverage.
I also have two large active dogs. I'm not expecting dog care, however they are in the home and quite active so the caretaker must be comfortable around large activedogs.
Ideal language would be English and Spanish. (Not required)
Must have a driver license since I live outside of public transportation.
The location is in the Chancellor area of Fredericksburg, please consider this when thinking about commute.

My kids are self efficient so there will be no need for cooking or cleaning, my 10 year old who is autistic is the main child who will need to be watch. We want to pay a set rate of 300 a week. And into the school year my three year old will be on a bus so drop of in the morning will not be required at that time.
