Our little Rhea (pronounced Ray-ya) is 7 months old and full of energy. She is eager to start crawling any day now. My wife and I work from home but need full-time care Monday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. We are open to nanny sharing but need some assurances as we are new to the concept.
