We’re looking for a caring, reliable person to support our 18 month old on a temporary basis (through the summer), with the potential for a longer-term role. We’d love to find someone who feels like a natural fit and can grow with us over time. This would be part-time starting in May/June. We are looking for care M-F from about 1pm-4:30pm. I work hybrid, so will also be home most of the time. Looking for someone who is CPR certified, comfortable with dogs, and previous experience.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Wefenstette Family with 1 Child
Hello! My child is almost 18 months. I work from home so will be home with you. I just need someone to be here with him and work on socializing and communication while I am working. I will expect one meal to be fed to him and light cleaning of kitchen afterwards. I will prepare the meal, unless quick and healthy meal preparation is a skill you would like to utilize during your time. I am not solid on the days yet, but this is flexible. 12-16 hours a week.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Cushing Family with 1 Child
I work in Issaquah during the day from 9 am until about 5:30/6 pm. My husband works (currently) in Seattle in the mornings, from about 5:30 am until about 3 pm. We currently only have one working car, which is mine, so he unfortunately has to wait until I'm off work, so we don't get home until about 7 pm (give or take).
My daughter is still a newborn, and is only about a couple weeks old now. She doesn't have her vaccines yet (I was told that she gets them when she's about 2 months old), but we do need someone that is going to watch her, to be completely vaccinated (regardless of your beliefs) for her safety. She does a mixture of breast milk and formula at the moment. She's been drinking about 3 oz of milk currently, but will sleep for at least 3-5 hours. She does eat constantly though.
We do have some animals in the house, 4 cats and a dog. Our dog is a lab mix, and he is very sweet.

Babysitter Job: The Louie Family with 2 Children
Hi there!
We’re looking for a reliable, empathetic, and emotionally attuned babysitter to help care for our 5-year-old and 3-year-old.
We follow a respectful caregiving approach inspired by RIE principles, valuing authentic connection, child autonomy, and trusting children’s competence. We aim to create a calm, predictable environment where children feel safe to explore, express emotions, and engage in self-directed play with a supportive but non-intrusive adult presence.
Our kiddos are full of personality. They enjoy drawing, dancing, nature walks, singing, pretend play, and tactile play (e.g. slime, Playdoh, water). Both are developing emotional regulation, social communication, flexibility, and impulse control, and benefit from gentle, consistent support during transitions and moments of anxiety.
Payment
• $20–$25/hour DOE
• Zelle preferred
Responsibilities
• Support child-led play and engage authentically
• Practice respectful communication and acknowledge emotions
• Provide calm co-regulation with clear boundaries
• Encourage independence and allow time for children to attempt tasks
• Guide transitions and social communication
• Maintain a safe, calm environment
• Light child-related tidying
Ideal candidate
• Warm, dependable, grounded presence
• Familiar with or open to learning RIE/respectful caregiving
• Strong child development and neurodiversity understanding
• Experience with anxiety, speech/language differences, sensory sensitivities, and dysregulation
• Non-smoker with reliable transportation
We’re looking for someone who values connection and will truly engage with our kids and help them feel seen, heard, and supported as individuals.
If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!
