Single WFH dad in Littleton, CO is looking for a reliable, warm, and energetic live-in nanny to join our household and care for my fun, outgoing 7-year-old daughter. She attends a local Christian school and loves sports, outdoor activities, arts & crafts, and staying busy. We also have a sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is part of the family.
Position Details:
Start date: May 26
32 guaranteed hours per week
School days: Morning routine + drive to school, afternoon pickup + after-school activities
Non-school days, snow days, sick days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Live-in position
Compensation & Perks:
$22–$28 per hour
Private bedroom with private bathroom
All groceries and food in the house covered
Utilities, internet, and Wi-Fi included
Mileage/gas reimbursement (extra car available if needed)
Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Morning and afternoon routines, driving, meals/snacks, homework support
Engaging play, sports, arts & crafts, outdoor time
Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing toys/clothes)
Light help with the dog
Limited personal cell phone use during care hours
No posting photos or info about my daughter on social media without permission
We’re Looking For:
Experience with school-age children preferred
Safe, experienced driver with clean record
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get
Energetic, patient, good communicator
Non-smoker who stays sober while on duty
Someone who respects boundaries and values a positive, respectful home environment

Meida would love to make a new friend to read hers books & do crafts with plus she can show you all her toys. We have recently added a new member to our family. Meida became a big sister on July 2nd 2024. Her name is Ellanie & she’s 3 months old. Meida loves being a big sister. She loves to help out with small things like grab her bottle, pass me the diaper & wipes etc. Definitely loves to make her little sister laugh ! Ellanie is a happy baby. She only cries if she needs a diaper change / a bottle. I’m blessed to have two amazing beautiful girls !

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Bowden Family with 1 Child
Annabella was born on 4/20/203! She is learning to explore her world around her and we would love to help find someone that can foster her learning. We will need care starting in the end of September 2023- early January 2024. She will be about 5 months old when we will need the care to start, so its hard to say how she will change by then but we are excited to watch her grow and learn.
We will need 4 days a week care, likely Tuesday- Friday from 8:30-4:30, timing can be slightly flexible earlier or later as mom works from home and can be a little flexible. We have 2 giant breed dogs, so pet friendly is a must! No pet responsibilities unless you are comfortable letting them in and out but that is by no means required.
We will need someone that can handle basic baby things like diaper changes, feeding, etc. The ability to help keep up with the bottle sterilizer and laundry if she blows out would be a bonus!
