A little bit about us

We are looking to transition to a nanny share in our home or another home, ideally within 10-15 miles of Donelson. we have one son 1.5 year old and he really loves being around other kids, thus looking for nanny share vs direct nanny. We would be looking for pretty standard hours 8-4 monday - friday with a guaranteed # of hours. we are looking for a nanny that wants to do STEM activities, spend a lot of time outside, take our son on adventures (science center, Zoo, etc, which we would fund seperately). We are semi Montessori and gentle parenting style of parents.
