Part-Time Nanny Job: The Rotundo Family with 2 Children
My wife and I have two charming boys aged 16mo and almost 3yr who are enrolled at little friends school. We both work and and one or both of us frequently need to leave early in the morning or stay late in the evening.
We'd like help with transportation to/from little friends, entertaining the kids for a few hours after daycare, as well as lunch-packing and some simple meal prep. (Not legit cooking)
Our kids typically wake up around 630-7am and we try to get them dressed, fed, and to daycare by 8am. We typically pick them up around 5pm and hit a public playground during the months that it's light out or head home for some playtime, dinner, bath, and bedtime ritual.
Exceptions are when one of them is sick and cannot attend daycare, daycare professional days, and holiday closures. On these occasions we typically need additional help with care.
In many instances, at least one of us will be present but unable to offer enough attention to be the sole caregiver for both children due to work obligations. You wouldn't be expected to be able to support the all-day exceptions, but it would be awesome if that could sometimes work out.
Since we're primarily looking for help for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening, it would be best if you live pretty close to where we live in hampden.
3-4 days a week would be ideal, but we can be somewhat flexible if you need at least a certain number of hours per week or have some other constraint.
We have a car for you to use for all of the kids transportation needs.

My son Angel is autistic/ non verbal and also has ADHD . He is a ball of energy but is the sweetest child when you get to know him . I am a single mom and just want to be able to get out every other weekend for some well deserved “me” time. We also have two pets- a dog (medium-sized black lab mix) and cat (short hair). We are looking for someone who can do some pickups and drop-offs for our older son (preschool each morning). Our boys love spending time outside, playing soccer and doing crafts. We ideally would also like some help with light housework like the boys' laundry and keeping the kitchen clean. Mom and Dad work from home most days due to the pandemic but we will stay out of your way! Hello, I am a newly single dad, that has 2 beautiful daughters!! I am an Educator, and I work in a school in South East DC. I would require care for the girls on Wednesday and Thursday mornings for school drop off. They need to be there by 7:20 am, then picked up by 2:25 pm on those days. I would also need help for school drop off every Friday, Andy pick up every other Friday at 2:25.
