Full-Time Nanny Job: The Heydarian Family with 1 Child
Full-Time Nanny Needed – South Tempe, AZ
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: South Tempe, AZ
Child: 1-year-old boy
We are looking for a loving, energetic, and trustworthy full-time nanny to join our family beginning January 4, 2027.
Our son will be just over a year old and is a very active, curious, and happy little boy. He will likely be walking by this time, so we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaging, and excited to keep up with a busy toddler.
My husband and I both work from home but have demanding careers, so we are looking for someone who can confidently take the lead in Royal's daily care, create a fun and nurturing environment, and keep him engaged throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
-Providing loving, attentive, and hands-on care
-Planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
-Taking Royal on outings, walks, and to local activities
-Preparing and serving meals and snacks
-Managing his daily routine, including naps and meals
-Reading, playing, and encouraging developmental milestones
-Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, washing dishes, and baby laundry)
Our Ideal Candidate:
-Has prior experience caring for infants and young toddlers
-Is CPR and First Aid certified
-Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
-Is outgoing, energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children
-Is dependable, responsible, and comfortable taking initiative
-Is comfortable around dogs (we have two!)
-Is interested in a long-term position and becoming part of our family.
We are hoping to find someone who is not just a nanny, but a trusted and valued part of our family. Our current nanny is moving at the end of the year, and we want this to be a seamless transition.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Santini Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a part time nanny who will stay with our family long-term. We’re looking for someone available on Wednesday through Sunday mornings and afternoons until 4 PM, but we wouldn’t necessarily need the full hours each day. For example, one day might be 1–4 and another might be 10–4, depending on my client schedule. I own my own business so my hours depend on my bookings that day. We’re hoping to find someone who has flexibility with start times and can keep those windows open for us with occasional date night availability. Part-Time Nanny Job: The Vidal Family with 1 Child
My fiancé and I have 1 baby boy, who has just reached 7 months, and will need a nanny for 3-5 days during the work week. We currently don’t have a set schedule since she is just now returning back to work. I myself have a flexible schedule and it fluctuates week to week.
However, we would like to work with someone that will just have to care for our son while we are at work. I know some people ask that multiple tasks be done around the house but really all we need is childcare (feed, light play for development, and put him down for naps).
