The transition has been challenging for her, and we’re looking for a calm, reliable caregiver to support her during mornings and afternoons. Our goal is a consistent routine that helps her feel secure and supported.
Schedule
Total hours: ~10 hours per week
Day (two days per week): Early morning care from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM (before daycare drop-off) and After daycare pick-up from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Optional: Flexibility for occasional adjustments or occasional substitutions with advance notice
Example week (one possible pattern):
Morning-!6:30 AM – 8:30 AM (before daycare)
Afternoon – 4:00 PM (after daycare)
Responsibilities
Warm, engaging care for a 15-month-old
Morning routine: diaper changes, breakfast prep/feeding, dressing, calming activities
Assist with daycare drop-off routine or ensuring a smooth handoff when we arrive
Afternoon routine: snack, supervised play, nap support as needed, simple activities appropriate for age
Light household duties related to the child's needs (clean up after meals, toy organization)
Safe transportation practices if needed for drop-off/pick-up coordination or accompanying to daycare (if applicable)
Consistent, comforting presence to ease transition to daycare

I work from home so I will be in the corner with my laptop while my twins will be playing. I might just need a nanny for a couple hours a day 3 days a week depending on the situation. I need help with just entertaining them while I work along with any meal prep or nap time.
