Warm, thoughtful family in SF South Beach neighborhood looking for an experienced, loving full-time nanny for our 9-month-old baby. We value partnership, communication, and supporting early childhood development.

- 40-50 hours/week, flexibility a plus
- ⁠Pay range $35-40+ depending on experience
- Infant experience required
- ⁠Comfort prepping nutritious meals and introducing solids, taking baby to activities (walks, playgrounds, classes), knowledgeable about developmental milestones, cpr/first aid certified
- ⁠Warm and nurturing, engaged, safety-focused, proactive, great communicator
- ⁠Loves engaging babies through play and supporting milestones, Montessori familiarity a plus
- ⁠Light household support (laundry, dishes, tidying, vacuuming)
- Health-conscious, no-scents, non-smoking household due to baby's sensitive skin/eczema/allergies
- ⁠English or Mandarin required
