Duties would include babysitting so my wife can rest or do things she needs to take time for to take care of herself, some cleaning, some food prep/cooking, playing with and entertaining kids and possibly help with homework/reading, etc. The kids are very well behaved but the baby might have to shake off the initial stranger danger. I imagine my wife would want help weekday evenings after our 6 y/o gets home from school and possibly on weekends as well - that is usually the most overwhelming time of day for her.
