We are a busy but fun family moving to Huntsville seeking a reliable, energetic, and experienced full-time Nanny to care for our three wonderful children: a 7-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a lively 2-year-old toddler.
Key Responsibilities:
• School & Daycare Transportation: Safe morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups (must have a clean driving). Vehicle (2025 Honda Odyssey to be provided).
• Daily Care & Activities:
• Engaging, age-appropriate play and learning for the toddler (songs, sensory activities, story time, outdoor play, simple crafts).
• Homework help and enrichment activities for the older kids.
• Light meal prep, snacks, and maintaining a safe, clean play environment.
• General household tasks related to the children (laundry, tidying toys, etc.).
• Flexibility with occasional evenings or date nights.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2+ years of professional nanny or childcare experience, especially with toddlers and school-age kids. CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).
• Personality: Warm, patient, creative, and reliable. Someone who loves kids and can keep the energy high while maintaining structure and routines.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean background check, non-smoker, references required.
• Passion for child development and creating joyful, educational moments every day.
Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible schedule (approximately 40-50 hours/week, 40 hours guaranteed even if family is out of town, Monday–Friday).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Paid holidays and potential for growth with the family.

Im a full time mom with a 23 month old and I'm currently pregnant with my second child due in July. I’m looking for someone who will be long term and who can help with the babies on a day to day basis so that we can get to know you a bit more and feel comfortable leaving the children alone for a couple of hours. My 23 month old has bad separation anxiety and cries uncontrollably when I’m not around so I’ll need someone who is patient enough to help her calm herself without getting frustrated.
