We are looking for a caring, dependable, and engaging full-time nanny to join our family and help care for our daughter, Remi. Remi was born prematurely, so experience with infants and/or early childhood development is especially welcomed and appreciated. We’re hoping to find someone who is patient, attentive, and confident supporting developmental milestones in a nurturing environment.
We also have a very friendly 20 lb Shih Tzu named Chewie, so comfort around dogs is important.
Our goal is to find a long-term nanny who can truly grow with our family and become a trusted, consistent presence in Remi’s life. We value open communication, reliability, warmth, and someone who enjoys creating a calm, loving, and development-focused atmosphere.
Ideal experience includes:
* Infant care experience (premature infant experience is a plus)
* Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
* Comfortable with light baby-related housekeeping (bottles, baby laundry, tidying play areas)
* Non-smoker with reliable transportation

I would like someone with special needs experience who also understands the anxiety that a parent experiences with a child who cannot speak for themselves. I’m looking for someone about 15 hours a week. Getting her fed and put on the bus with just some hanging out in between. Meals will be put together prior to you getting there so no meal prep needed. Must be comfortable with large dogs (we have two) and must be open to meet and greet with the dogs prior to starting work. They can/will be in crates, however, I want them to get used to someone coming in and out of the house without us home. You don’t need to do anything with the dogs, just be comfortable around them.
