I have 3 toddler and expecting another in August. Your hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Expectations during the day consist of breakfast, lunch, snack, loaded the dishwasher with dishes from meals. Diaper changing & potty reminders. Stimulating activities and continued conversation. Arts and crafts and outdoor activity. Bottle preparing, naps, and play area cleanup. Book reading, alphabet practice, and number familiarity. Everyday should be something new and exciting. Communication is Huge! Constant feedback is great! Let's build a beautiful foundation for my Family together.

Hello! I have an 11 month old, she is about to be a year next month. She is very sweet. loves to play. I work from home, but I am not able to constantly get up to tend to her, so i will be home. Hello! I’m looking for a nanny for my 16-month old son. He is currently enrolled in daycare but I am open to the option of hiring a nanny for a more personal approach to his care.
My husband and I work full time. I work from home most of the time. We have a detached garage with an apartment above it (equipped with full bathroom and partial kitchen) which I envision as the area that the person we hire could stay with my son while I work in the house.
My son is generally a happy baby! He’s getting to be very independent. He loves to play, he loves to read, and he loves to cuddle.
If possible and depending on your comfort level, I would love our nanny to be able to take our son outside (he loves to play outdoors), to the library, or anywhere else fun. We of course would pay for an extracurriculars like that.
We’re looking for someone who’s a no smoker and who has reliable transportation. I prefer someone who can provide references. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can stay with us long-term and who might be willing to take on siblings some day as well.
