Hello! We have a 16 month old who is active and loves to go for walks. We’re looking for someone to watch her for 2-3 days a week for 6-8 hours. Dad works from home but is finding it difficult to watch our toddler and be productive.

We’re a small, loving family living in Asheville, settling into a cozy bungalow with our son, Hunter. We both work from home and are looking for a kind, experienced nanny to care for him 2 days/week (Tues/Thurs), with the potential to pick up additional hours.
Our home is calm, creative, and inspired by a gentle, Montessori approach to parenting. We’re less about strict routines and more about presence - giving our son the space to explore, ask, notice, and grow without rushing toward outcomes. We believe the quality of attention matters most.
We also have one affectionate Australian Shepherd, so comfort around dogs is a must.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with toddlers (18+ months)
• 2 full days/week (9AM–5PM), with potential for additional hours Mon/Wed afternoons
• Comfortable with dogs
• Gentle, grounded, and reliable caregiver
• Help with light household tasks (dishes, laundry, tidying up)

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Nuckolls-Rosa Family with 1 Child
We are looking for an experienced nanny with infant care for our five month old daughter starting in early to mid May. We are in the Asheville area out towards Fairview. We need someone about 30 hours a week, 10 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday. Both my husband and I work from home. I breastfeed during the day but pump bottles when I’m unavailable due to meetings.
