A little bit about us
I am looking for care on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm. I have a wonderful 7 year-old son, who is homeschooled and attends enrichment program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am clinical therapist (PhD of psychology) and I am the owner of a clinical therapy practice. Right now I do telehealth. It would be nice to have help two days a week so that I can spend consistent mornings in my office. This would be a long term permanent position. We travel quite a bit and so there would be some days off and of course you would have notice. Right now, the responsibilities would be to play and make a PB&J or lunchmeat sandwich lunch and not much more.

We just moved back and are looking for a part-time nanny for our girls. If you know anyone who may be interested, please let me know! ♥️
Currently Seeking:
* Part-Time Nanny for my two daughters (ages 1 & 9)
* M-F 2:30-5:30pm (some days may be 6:30 at the very latest when I can’t leave work right at 5:00. I will communicate as much in advance as possible but will ask for some flexibility on that end).
* I’m REALLY hoping for flexibility for full time care on days of school closures / sick child care (if you can’t do the consistent care, I would be so thankful to you for reaching out for as needed care in the future if interested!)
* Transportation from school/daycare to my home on base, homework help, prep for school/daycare the next day
* No 🚭 please - Reliability is desperately needed - and both of my girls have to ride in the back seat of the vehicle😅
* Must be comfortable with nanny cams and dogs
* Must be comfortable interacting with and engaging with my girls. I’m really not looking for someone to sit them in front of the TV and scroll fb the entire time. I want them to have fun and to get quality attention from you!😊
* Must have clean background check / reliable vehicle / clean driving record / references
* Pay $20/hour for regular scheduled after school care & school closures /holidays
* Rate increases to $25/hour for on-call sick care or after hours care for work meetings
Details:
I'm looking for care for my girls for the afternoons and school pickups in Chugiak and Eagle River (my 9 year old goes to school in Chugiak & my 1 year old goes to daycare in ER). I am hoping to find someone who can break up their day so they aren't in daycare / at school for so long during the workweek and someone that can pick them up from school and bring them to our home on base.
I also do have occasional later hours meetings and when the girls are sick or there are school closures for holidays / road conditions, I'm hoping to start care ASAP

I am looking for a nanny for my 4-year-old son, and soon to be baby come the end of June. I am single mother who works both lunch and night shifts at a local restaurant in town. My hours will be funky with some nights as late as 1230am. Mornings wouldn't start until 930am. My hours per week range, from 30 to 40. Daily shifts range from 5 to 8 hours. My schedule comes out weeks in advanced. I am willing to work with someone doing a nanny share, a stay-at-home mother or single mother looking for extra income, or even one on one. I do have a small two-bedroom apartment, with a playground on site. I am willing to pay 275 for my son, and once baby arrives 375 a week. I realize this isn't a lot and I am not trying to offend anyone, it's just what I believe I can guarantee and afford.
My son will be 4 in April, he is extremely advanced. Started talking around one, fully potty trained and through the night around 2.5. Super adventurous, caring, daring, and a typical curious fearless, 4-year-old boy. The gender of new baby will be a surprise.
I am hoping to find a nanny by the end of the month as he has been back in Maine visiting family. I fly out the 21st and we fly back the 25th. I do have a small two bedroom apartment where he can be watched at or as I said open to him being in someone else's home or around other children.
Thank you for your time in reading this and have a great rest of the week!

I am librarian and my husband is active duty and we recently moved to the area. My daughter is 2 years, we also have 2 dogs and a cat.
I'm open to either her staying your home, or at ours but you would need access to base.
At the moment she is interested in all things Minnie+Mickey Mouse, puzzles, pretend play and eating as many snacks in a day as possible. She loves to be chased and is usually down to go somewhere.
Not potty trained yet and while she can be loud she doesn't have a large vocabulary yet either.
Really hoping to find someone who will become like family. Someone who will love our daughter as their own, who will play with her and teach her. We aren't looking for a Mary Poppins, just someone who cares, who won't turn on the Disney channel for 6 hours and call it good.
We would need Mon-Fri, I'm at work from 8-5 and my husband's hours are all over the place.
We are looking forward to meeting you!
