About Us:
We are a loving Christian family seeking a joyful, energetic, & nurturing part-time nanny to care for our two girls. We value kindness, creativity, & a strong work ethic. Our home is a place where we foster learning, fun, & outdoor activities, & we are looking for someone who will fit well into this environment.
This position is for 27 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 – 5:30. The nanny will assist with homeschooling, meal prep, laundry, & other general care for our girls. We are looking for someone who is passionate about engaging with children, enjoys outdoor activities, & is creative in crafting & play.
Responsibilities:
• Childcare: Engage & care for two girls ensuring a safe, nurturing, & loving environment.
• Homeschool Assistance: Help with homeschooling activities, including reading, educational games, & learning exercises.
• Outdoor Activities: Encourage outdoor play & exploration, making the most of each day with outdoor walks, games, & nature-based activities.
• Creative Play: Lead fun craft projects, art activities, & other creative play to stimulate the girls' imaginations.
• Meal Prep: Prepare nutritious meals & snacks for the girls.
• Laundry: Help with laundry for the kids, including washing, folding, & organizing their clothes.
Ideal Candidate:
• Joyful, energetic, & has a positive, nurturing attitude.
• Strong communication skills & a willingness to engage with the children in a playful, encouraging way.
• Creative & resourceful, especially in crafting & activities.
• Comfortable with outdoors, enjoying nature & fresh air.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
• Prior experience with children &/or teaching is a plus.
• Must align with our Christian values & be respectful of our faith.

- Prepare & clean bottles
- Supervise children's meals
- Change diapers
- Give baths
- Children's laundry
- Plan & supervise nap times
- Implement daily routines
- Some light housework
- Able to plan, organize, & multitask with minimal supervision
We really would enjoy a nanny who could be a part of our family! Mom telecommutes from home twice a week so this person must be comfortable caring for the twins independently 3 days a week.
