We jet-set for up to a month at a time several times throughout the year and seek a professional nanny who is up for the journey and adaptable to this travel lifestyle.
In addition to our daily housekeeper. Our current trusted nanny, who has been with us since our oldest was an infant, will continue her role and share duties with the new hire. A private bedroom will be provided while traveling. Must be a team player and collaboratively work in tandem with the fellow nanny and the parents. You will be responsible for driving the children while on the job. A family car will be provided. Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
The ideal candidate is versed in RIE and Montessori philosophies. Flexibility is key to this role, encompassing weekend work and extended travel. However, we are committed to ensuring ournannies avoid burnout by incorporating relief days into the schedule, facilitated by the presence of two dedicated caregivers.
Requirements:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
