About Us:
We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and energetic nanny to care for our 18-month-old child. We value consistency, open communication, and a caregiver who aligns with our parenting approach to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care, ensuring the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Follow our parenting guidelines to ensure consistency in caregiving and discipline.
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, social, and physical development.
- Supervise outings to local parks, libraries, play gyms, or other child-friendly locations.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks.
- Maintain a consistent nap and feeding schedule.
- Perform light housekeeping
- Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s daily activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with toddlers, preferably as a nanny, teacher, or childcare professional.
- Ability to plan and lead developmentally appropriate educational activities.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
- Up-to-date immunizations, including flu and COVID-19 (preferred).
- Strong references from previous families or employers.
- Patient, kind, and energetic personality.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for outings.
- Willingness to undergo a background check (criminal and driving record).
- Commitment to at least one year.
Compensation:
- Pay DOE

Additional Notes:
The exact schedule and start date will be finalized soon but is planned for March. We seek a nanny who is fully engaged with our child and aligns with our parenting approach, prioritizing developmental milestones and consistent care.
