Our Home:
-Both parents work full time (dad in-office, mom hybrid)
- Screen-free household
- Daily outdoor time is a priority (weather/air quality permitting)
- Located in the East Bench of Salt Lake City, across from a school playground and large field
- We have animals — genuine love for and comfort with animals is required (not just tolerance)
The Right Person:
You are experienced and confident with toddlers, active and physically capable, health-minded, clean, detail-oriented, organized, positive, and fun. You’re comfortable managing a household in addition to providing excellent childcare. Spanish-speaking is a huge plus.
Childcare Responsibilities
- Attentive, engaged toddler care
- No screen time
- Daily outdoor play
- Transporting to and actively participating in weekly activities (Little Gym, music class, etc.)
- Supporting age-appropriate learning and development
A valid driver’s license is required.
Household Support
- In addition to childcare, this role includes errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, tidying/organizing, light household upkeep, and occasional animal care — helping create an efficient, calm, and loving home.
Travel & Flexibility
- House/animal sitting while we travel
- Occasional travel with our family may be possible
