A little bit about me
I worked with infants and toddlers in the Early Childhood Program at Shalom Austin from Aug 2011 - July 2020. Since 2020 I've nannied for a few families with kids from 5 months to 6 years old. While nannying, I've done everything from creating lesson plans with engaging activities to facilitating homeschool kindergarten.
When it comes to taking care of babies (and all kids, really) I'm all about encouraging child-led play, using baby signs, and supporting natural physical development to help foster their independence. I love coming up with developmentally appropriate activities for any kiddo, as well as setting up child centered play spaces to create a more engaging environment.
