A little bit about us
The hours we need are generally from 7am to 3:30pm or 10am to 5:30pm. There is the odd time where we have late meetings in the city - 11am to 8pm.
We do from time to time need overnight care and we will explain what that looks like but we do have a backup incase our newest on boarding nanny does not want overnight hours. Most other hours will be Monday to Friday and you'll be done with our family by 6pm. But once again anything is possibke for the right person. We would like someone who really understands child development and psychology and gets that its not all about academic learning through knowing their ABCs but emotional regulation and confidence is just as important.
We do not expect you to do any housekeeping but you should understand how to put things back after you or our child has taken it from its home. We expect our daughter to be self-sufficient but she still needs help.
If you have your full license, that's amazing. If not, we can drive you and our daughter to activities. If you have your own car we will pay mileage for the activities we plan but if you plan activities off our property on other days then you'll be responsible for the gas bill.
First we will do a written q&a where we hope you'll put your personality and thoughts into the answers then we will book a 30 minute virtual interview where you can ask us some questions and we will clear anything thats lingering up. Then we will plan a four hour meet n greet. Two hours with us do g an activity with you and our daughter and then you will have to think of an activity for the last two hours. If all goes well, we will discuss the next two week trial shifts and start as soon as possible after an employment contract is signed.
