A little bit about us

We’re a busy family looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive part-time nanny who can support both our child(ren) and our household during the week. Our ideal nanny is someone who truly enjoys being around children, understands early development, and can create a calm, safe, and structured environment—while also helping us stay on top of the day-to-day.

Here’s what we’re hoping for:

💛 Childcare Responsibilities

Caring for our [baby/toddler/child], including playtime, feeding, naps, and diaper changes
Engaging in age-appropriate, screen-free activities that support learning and development
Helping maintain routines and transitions (bedtime/wind-down if evening)
Being present and attentive—your energy and presence really matter to us
🧺 Light Household Help (When Baby is Sleeping or Independent)

Tidying up play areas, kitchen after meals/snacks, folding baby laundry
Loading/unloading dishwasher, helping prep or organize meals
Light errands (optional, depending on your interest and availability)
📅 Schedule & Flexibility

Monday 9-1 and Wed 9-1 a Friday / Satevening or two is a bonus but not required
We value communication and flexibility when life throws curveballs on either side
🤍 Who You Are

Experienced with infants/young children (bonus if you’ve worked with breastfeeding/bottle-feeding, sleep routines, or toddler transitions)
Calm, emotionally grounded, and confident handling tough moments
Clear communicator—we appreciate knowing how things are going, even the small stuff
Punctual, dependable, and respectful of our home and parenting style
We want this to feel like a team—we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “watch” our child but becomes a trusted part of our support system during this season of life.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect.
