Looking for a part-time babysitter to help with our two kids after school (4-6 PM) and during the weekends (3-6 PM).
As an accommodation, we offer our brand new and fully furnished, independent, and luminous basement apartment in Columbia Heights.
The apartment is a large (approx. 700sq ft) open space. Utilities (flat 100$ per month) include electricity, water, gas, fast internet, and amazon prime. Perfect location, 2-minute walk to Columbia Heights Metro (yellow and green lines), multiple bus stops (52,54, S1, S2, S4, S9), Capitol Bikes bike-share, and ZipCar parking. Quiet and tree-lined street in the heart of the lively Columbia Heights neighborhood. Flexible stay.
We keep the monthly rent very cheap usually. Anyway, the rent will be negotiated depending on the hours spent with the kids.
