In need of part-time child care. We work shift work and only need help 3-5 days a month but would need childcare 3-10 hours on those days. Possibly Light housekeeping and laundry. We know our work schedules months in advance so Nanny schedule can be given as far out as needed. We have a 4 year old and 11 year old that love the outdoors and exploring. Thank you for considering. A little bit about us

My son is on the autism spectrum and needs structure and supervision while I'm at work. He's 15 and absolutely loves fishing and doing anything with his hands. He's stubborn and highly intelligent and needs an adult that can stay calm and avoid getting into power struggles with him. My daughter is extremely artistic and takes a while to warm up to new people. My schedule is often unpredictable but I would like someone to be with my kids to help enforce positive behaviors and accountability between 2:00-7:00 after school 5 days per week, plan fun activities to help keep them busy after school instead of sitting in front of the TV. I would also like help keeping up on some common housework so I can enjoy my time with the kids when I am home instead of having to spend all of my free time catching up on chores. I do have 2 dogs. I would love to have someone that can plan fun activities, or the park often and also help reinforce positive behaviors for them as well to reinforce the training they have been through.

A little bit about us

Looking for a full time fun Nanny for our 3 boys for summer only. Our oldest is 11 years old and our twin boys just turned 8. Cooking them lunch, making them snacks, engage them in activities and light housekeeping like dishes would be needed. You would need to come up with weekly activities so the TV is not the nanny. They are great boys that need some stability with a fun nurturing nanny. We are an easy family to get along with but I expect my boys to have manners and follow rules. They do better on a schedule and thrive from it. If you would be interested, I would like to chat and see if you are a great fit for our family. Hours would be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm from May 30th to August 5th. Thank you for checking out our posting.

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Boise, ID

After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
  • What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
  • How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?

In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them.
