Our daughter is easy but our son has issues listening to instructions especially from his parents, he also likes a lot of screentime, the only way to take him off screentime is to engage with him one on one, otherwise he will get easily bored. He is happy to play sports. Both the kids are extremely smart. My husband and I work full time and we are extremely busy. It would be great to find someone who we can trust to watch our kids every now and then so that we can focus on other things as well. Otherwise nothing gets done at home when the kids are home. We are looking for a long term caregiver, could be in the morning to get them ready to school or evening after school or drive to extra curricular activities, or weekends to keep them engaged for few hours . We also have a dog at home.

Starting in mid-January, we’re looking for someone who can make school pick-ups (Naperville District 203), assist with homework, and manage activity drop-offs. If you're interested, there are also opportunities to help with house management tasks!
Our ideal schedule would be Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM - 7 PM, with flexible Fridays (one of us usually works from home). Hours can be adjusted if needed! You’ll need your own car, but we happily cover mileage expenses.
An added bonus would be if you’re open to occasional overnight care, about once every 3-6 months, while I travel for work. These trips usually last 4-6 days.
We’re hoping to find someone the girls can trust and build a special relationship with. In the past, we’ve been fortunate to have incredible nannies who left a lasting impression, and the girls still keep in touch with them even after they moved away or pursued new careers.
