We are looking for a nanny 3 days per week as well as some evenings and weekends for babysitting. We are laid back parents with an active and playful baby. We have established a good routine with our little one (naps, day-time structure, feedings etc) and are looking for someone with infant experience, good intuition, who is warm and up for working with an energized, engaged and sweet baby. One or both of us will likely be working from home almost all of the time. Duties would include feeding, changing, light housework (cleaning up toys, vacuuming play area, baby laundry and organization, etc.), taking her on walks, playing with her, doing age-appropriate developmental tasks and learning. We are looking for someone who is proactive about finding fun activities to do with her at home and out of the house, passionate about her development, has good time management skills and someone who can adapt to frequent changes inherent in work with infants . We are loving and involved parents, we are clean, have a dog who is very sweet, and have a comfortable living space and backyard that you can enjoy with our baby and pup. I am looking for someone who will help expand on her already robust curiosity, which would mean that they would need to be patient and willing to take their time helping to further expand her imagination. Kind, calm, playful & nurturing are also attributes I am looking for in a caregiver who will in turn display those qualities towards my child. Hi! We are looking for a fun loving nanny for 3 days a week for our very active and sweet 3 year old named Axel. He loves sensory activities, books, and anything active. He loves going on day trips to the library and community events where they have classes that we would need you to bring him to. There is a beautiful beach at the end of our street that we spend the summers at. I work from my home office and will be here most of the time. My hours vary but can be either 8-4 or 9-5 or in between if that works better for you. We practice gentle/respectful parenting with a touch of attachment parenting! We have a cat and free roam ferret who are both super sweet and passive that may need care on occasion if I am not home.
