We are seeking childcare for a newborn and toddler 5 days/week. Responsibilities include: preparing meals, washing dishes, weekly laundry for baby and toddler, helping toddler eat meals, changing and feeding newborn occasionally, and light cleaning (tidying up toys or wiping down kitchen counters).
Ideally, you could do two shifts per day: 7am - 9:30am, and 4:30pm-7pm.
Pickup and/or drop off of toddler to preschool 5-7 minute drive (we have a car and carseat for this). CPR training and COVID vaccination is required.

We are a family of three with a very friendly dog located in Wellesley, with a newborn who will be about 3 months old at the start of the position. We are both working professionals with two sets of doting grandparents close-by, who do not live with us but may visit from time to time. One parent will be working from home approximately 90% of the time. We would love to have someone join us starting in late January 2025 for a full-time, at least 1-year position with an expectation of about 30-40 hours/week.
We are looking for a candidate with experience looking after infants, who is patient and energetic, and who will engage a baby both in play and development. We do have a dog, a 3-year-old Irish Doodle, who is great around the baby and very friendly - while it is not a requirement to care for the dog as well, we would need a candidate to be comfortable around dogs.
We recognize caring for a child is hard work and filled with love, and we are hoping to find someone who is going to join our family as we all learn how to best care for our little one together!
