We are a family located about 10 minutes from Aksarben, UNO, St. Mary’s College, and UNMC, and we are looking for a reliable, caring nanny to watch our 2-year-old son in our home starting March 2.
Schedule:
Monday–Wednesday: 12:50 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting the week of May 25, our daughter will also be home Thursdays and Fridays only.
We will need care through September 8, 2025.
We are open to splitting the position between more than one person, so candidates with partial availability are welcome to apply.
Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working with young children, and are comfortable providing care in a home setting

Looking for a before and after school Nanny to join our family. Drop offs/pick ups at school 3 miles from house. Help to make sure they have everything they need for the school day, breakfast etc. Pick up at school, help with homework if needed, meal prep, light household duties. Also, someone who can help out on the weekends when needed. Would even consider a live in position. We currently have a live-in Nanny who is graduating nursing school at the end of the summer. We have a full kitchen in our walk out basement with private bathroom, living room, and bedroom. But this isn’t required. Looking for someone who can start the first/second week in August. The duties would be:
-Help kids with homework if needed which is unlikely most of the time
-monitor children and assist while they complete chores
-monitor children to make sure they complete their 30 minutes of study time
-Prepare dinner and clean up from prep.
My husband or I will be home by 5:30pm and once dinner is prepared and served and the preparation mess is cleaned up, your work day would be over. We want to eat right when we get home at 5:30pm so we can be off to take the kids to sporting events and other obligations.
