We are looking for a caring, patient, reliable, and warm part-time nanny to help care for our active and amazing 10-year-old daughter.
**Schedule:**
**School Year**
* Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
* Optional: 3 mornings per week, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM, to help prepare her for school
**Summer Schedule**
* **July:** Weekdays 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM, plus 3 mornings per week from 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
* **August:** Schedule will vary and can be discussed in advance
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide attentive care and supervision
* Assist with self-care and daily living activities
* Prepare snacks and simple meals
* Assist with feeding as needed
* Help with morning and after-school routines
* Work alongside and support her various therapists during after-school sessions
* Reinforce therapeutic strategies and routines as directed by her care team
* Engage in age-appropriate activities and provide companionship
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment
**Ideal Candidate:**
* Experience caring for neurodiverse children and/or children with special needs
* Comfortable collaborating with therapists and following therapeutic recommendations
* Patient, compassionate, dependable, and nurturing
* Able to engage with an active child and provide a safe, supportive environment
**Compensation:**
* Competitive pay based on experience
