We’re a warm, easygoing family looking for a loving and engaging nanny to care for our two daughters (2.5 years old and a newborn) in our home in Pittsford Village. Our toddler is curious, active, and loves to play and explore. We’re looking for someone who can guide her through loosely structured, milestone-focused activities that support her development while keeping things fun and flexible. She’ll be starting preschool in the fall, and in the meantime, we’d love someone who enjoys getting out and about—there are so many great walkable spots nearby like the rec center, canal, library, and more!
For our newborn, we’re hoping to establish a gentle daily routine, and we’d love a nanny who is comfortable supporting that rhythm with patience and care.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Planning and preparing simple breakfasts and lunches for the kids
• Engaging the children in age-appropriate play and activities
• Light household tasks related to the children (daytime laundry, tidying toys, etc.)
We also have one very sweet, calm doodle, so being pet-friendly is a must.

E is 2 and loves trying to do everything his sister is doing, speed reading, anything water-related, and stacking random objects. We are two involved work-from-home parents but need help ensuring our kids get to play and learn during the work day and help with household chores (laundry fold and away, toy and kitchen cleanup). You are energetic, fun, engaging, and a strong communicator. Monday through Friday 9am-5pm ish with shorter Friday hours most weeks. Occasional preschool drop off (T/Th mornings). We love getting the kids outside to play so a car would be provided to go on adventures to the zoo, park, beach etc. I'm currently pregnant with our third child due in June and we're looking at options for care starting in January after both parents take parental leave. She also loves going on hikes and doing anything outside. Leo loves soccer, swimming and puppies and is currently obsessed with blaze and the monster machines.
