A little bit about us
Both parents work from home, but we have a spacious home with dedicated working areas, so we are mindful about giving our nanny autonomy and space throughout the day.
We are looking for coverage Monday through Friday from approximately 8:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM. Responsibilities will include childcare-related activities such as feedings, diaper changes, maintaining a consistent nap schedule, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, child laundry, tidying up after the children, putting away dishes/bottles, and other child-related duties as needed.
We value kindness, communication, reliability, and creating a calm, nurturing environment. Ideally, we are hoping to find someone looking for a position lasting at least 9 months, if not longer, as consistency and a long-term fit are important to us.

A little bit about us
Hi! We’re Brandon and Mackenzie. Brandon is a firefighter, and I work at a local hospital. We’re looking for a kind, dependable, and trustworthy nanny to become part of our family and provide a safe, loving environment for our children while we’re at work.
We have two amazing kids! Finlan (7) is going into second grade. He’s active, loves being outside, and may occasionally need picked up from school. Rylan (3) is our daughter. She’s almost potty trained, full of personality, and loves to play. They are definitely our little “Sour Patch Kids” full of energy, but also incredibly sweet and loving.
We’re looking for someone available one day a week from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional availability for date nights or daytime outings.
Our biggest priority is our children’s safety and happiness. We want someone who is patient, reliable, communicates well, and enjoys playing, teaching, and spending time with kids.
Along with caring for our children, we expect light housekeeping, including washing dishes, doing laundry, preparing meals and snacks, cleaning up after the children, picking up toys, and helping keep the house tidy throughout the day. We don’t expect a spotless home. Our children always come first. But, we do appreciate someone who cleans up as they go.
We have farm animals, but you will not be expected to care for them. Please make yourself at home while you’re here and help yourself to anything in our refrigerator or kitchen cabinets.
We’re looking for more than just a babysitter. We hope to find someone who will love and care for our children, build a trusting relationship with our family, and become someone they feel safe and comfortable with. We can’t wait to meet our next nanny!

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Ohio
After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
- What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
- How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?
In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them.
