A little bit about us
I am looking to hire a live in nanny to help care for my children as if they were your own. I am looking for someone who will end up being part of our family.
Even though you will be a live in nanny, that does not mean you will be working non stop. There should always be boundaries. I will need you to work from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Some weeks I will be off work, which means you will be as well. I am looking to hire someone on a salary basis in order to budget as efficiently as possible, for both you and me. There will be weeks when you may work a few hours but there can be weeks where you are needed a few extra hours than stated above.
I will need assistance with meal prepping and light housework. I would LOVE someone to partake in our family game nights, movie nights and anything we do as a family, although that is not a requirement.
When I am home, you are relieved of your duties and can come and go as you see fit. You will have your own room as well. There, of course, will be house rules, which we can go over. Everything is up for discussion. I believe this to be a team effort and flexibility is important.
I hope to hear from you soon
