Savannah Rose….aka Savvy is 3.5. I just really really need her to be loved, interacted with, learning everything you can teach her, but more especially she just wants a friend so bad her hearts aching to make friends. Anytime a complete stranger comes to the house(like another kids friend) she falls apart sobbing because she wants them to stay and be her friend🤦🏼♀️. I haven’t had the time to do play dates, align things for her to be involved in allowing her to make friends her age. She has 6 older brothers that are 10 plus years older than her. Only 2 live here now ages 12 and 15 ( super sweet helpful and kind boys). My husband works out of state during most of the week, and I(mom) now have to work from home and don’t have the ability to give her the love, attention, and the learning environment I gave to my sons when they were younger. It’s ripping my heart out. I would love a Nannie that could help her not feel the loss of my attention as much….and not get myself
Fired because I can’t seem to have a meeting without Savvy screaming in the background🤦🏼♀️. Cleaning would be Great. But the biggest bonus besides my daughter being given structure, encouragement and an environment to learn and feel safe and loved….would be meal prep for the family. Having dinners prepped and ready…game changer. It feels like we are all living on frozen meals and junk and boy is it showing in everyone’s health.
Days and hours could be flexible.

I am great with kids overall. I am opposed to any physical or harsh forms of discipline both with my own darling kids and with any children. I teach through example and positive reinforcement and use redirection, especially for children with ADHD which my own son and my step son both have. I also have ADHD and jive very well with and understand kids with ADHD. Safety is my primary concern with all children. Teaching work ethic, kindness, and empathy are my focus areas when it comes to influencing positive behaviors and mentalities. If I were to nanny for a family during my parent time with my own kids, I would love to integrate and include them in activities with the children I am nannying for. My kids play very well with others; they’re extroverts/omniverts and love meeting and playing with new friends and are very polite and creative in coming up with games to play with friends.

Looking for a nanny who can help on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. Weekends are a challenge having all five kids home, and we need an extra set of hands to share the duties with kids.
We won’t sugar coat it - it’s a lot of work and not a job for the faint of heart! Our kids are energetic and on the go - some of them have some special needs, but we are willing and able to train you on specific ways of engaging with them.
