At-home-mom seeking care for my 18 month old daughter - 1 day a week for ~4 hours for me to attend appointments, run errands, etc. Potential to progress to 2 days over time. I am pregnant and due in March which could impact schedule, duties, etc. as pregnancy progresses as well as after baby boy arrives. Flexible in regards to what day of the week - morning/early afternoon probably best.
Local transportation, CPR, First Aid required. Meal prep is only minor prep/serving meals to my daughter.
Additional duties - Potty training in the (near?) future.

We are looking for some part-time care for our 14-month old son. Most likely from around 11AM to 5PM, Monday and Friday, but that is flexible and TBD.
Our ideal caregiver, loves to play, go outside, to the park, as well as read books with our son. They are willing to learn our way of raising him, so that he is getting consistent messaging throughout the day. We would love if the caregiver would help clean up after him, including his dishes and the occasional meal prep, when there is free time (during his nap).
I work from home so will be available to answer questions and pop-in throughout the day. We would ask that anyone coming in the home have the flu and COVID vaccine.
They would also need to be very comfortable with dogs, as we have two (medium/large, friendly and a little annoying sometimes).
Our son has allergies, so some learning will be required to handle that.
He is such a happy little boy who wants to see the world and look at cars!
