Looking for a live in nanny to watch our girls for ~40 hours/week. One is almost 2 and the other is expected April of 2022. Compensation would be a combination of free lodging (1bedroom downstairs apartment with separate entrance) and hourly wage. We would want someone who is comfortable with a trade off between hourly rate and lodging and does not mind sharing a house but with private living spaces. We want a nanny that genuinely loves children and wants to help them develop and grow and is willing to also do some light house work.

I am looking for someone who would be able to help get my kiddos up and off to school a few Wednesdays per month and to cover for me occasionally if I am called out to work. We are looking for a part-time nanny share for our 14 month old daughter. We are looking for a flexible option with availability on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:15 am to 4:30 pm during the school year. My schedule changes weekly so we will not need all those hours every week but can certainly discuss a minimum guarantee. Most common schedule would be a rotation between Week 1 and Week 2 schedules. Week 1: MWF full time hours with half day on Thursday. Week 2: 1 to 2 days 8-4 (or shorter) and one half day. Ideal nanny share would be in South Bellingham with another child close in age! Prefer another family's home as we work part time from home but can be open to a rotation as well.
