A little bit about us
We have a 3yr olf girl who is in need of a wonderful Nanny to take care of all her needs. We are currently a split parent household, where Mom works from home 2 days a week and Papa works 6 days a week and is currently based in a separate location.
We both have high profile jobs requiring much of our time and dedication.
With this, we are in need of a House Manager/Mother's Assistant as well. Someone who can also do housekeeping, run errands, complete meal prep, manage calendars/appts, help manage online seller accounts, etc. Basically, I need a right hand/clone to help me manage our very busy, wonderful life!
There are 2 older sisters as well who currently still live with me, but they are both adult aged and the oldest plans to move within the next year :)
We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us long term (likely 2+ years) This will make it critical for said person to fit well into our family as we are essentially looking for an addition to it. In return, we offer excellent compensation (based on experience and performance) and 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment and 2 weeks after 1 year.
If all of this sounds incredible to you we would love to hear from you! Thank you for your interest!

Full time nanny needed in Sammamish
Our family: our son is eight months old as of September. We love to explore things outside, and he is growing fascinated by trees and animal sounds. The parents both have demanding jobs, and one of us has been on leave since he was born - we will both transition back to work in September. One of us works from home, the other in an office five days per week.
Our home: The kitchen is accessible for feeding the baby, and we otherwise keep our baby essentials downstairs. Our son sleeps in his nursery crib, and in the downstairs living room we’ve set up a large playmat with his books and toys. We keep a fairly consistent organizational method and style and aim to keep everything tidy and clean. Our home is nearby to many parks and trails and we try to take him to at least one every day (weather permitting!). We are pet free but don’t mind if people who own pets in their own home visit ours.
Our goals: we first and foremost want to keep our son actively engaged throughout the day with screen-free activities, either in the home or outside. We want to encourage him to be curious and open minded. We hope to find someone who can foster that in him, while also helping to keep our home and family running smoothly.
Our nanny: Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with a happy and outgoing infant for multiple hours of the day, and will keep him safe and on schedule. Someone who is reliable, on time, and a good communicator with us. Someone who has an excellent driving record and can transport the kiddo to do things outside each day.
Start date: August-September
Schedule: We are seeking coverage during the 8am to 6pm window Monday - Friday, but have flexibility on the specific hours and days that are covered.
Rates: $25-35 / hour.
